Overview

These Terms of Agreement apply when you use iEmoji.com, including emoji lookup, emoji keyboard tools, decoder tools, favorites, public message features, account features, feedback forms, billing-related pages, and any related services we provide.

By using iEmoji, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using iEmoji

iEmoji is here to help people find, understand, copy, paste, convert, and share emoji and Unicode characters. Most of the site is free to use. If a feature shows a price, donation option, or checkout page, the terms shown with that payment apply to that transaction.

We try to keep iEmoji useful, available, and accurate, but emoji rendering depends on browsers, operating systems, fonts, third-party platforms, and Unicode support. That means results can look different from device to device.

Your Content

You are responsible for the text, emoji, images, profile details, messages, searches, feedback, and other content you submit, save, post, or publish through iEmoji.

You keep ownership of content you own. You give iEmoji permission to process, store, display, publish, transmit, and adapt that content only as reasonably needed to provide the feature you used, maintain the site, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Some features are public by design. If you publish or share a message or use a public feature, other people may be able to see that content.

Acceptable Use

Please use iEmoji in a way that keeps the site useful for everyone. You agree not to use iEmoji to:

  • Break the law or encourage others to break the law.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or deliberately mislead anyone.
  • Post or share content that violates someone else's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Send spam, run automated scraping that burdens the site, probe security, or interfere with the service.
  • Upload malicious code or try to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.

If we believe activity is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the site or other users, we may remove content, limit access, block traffic, or take other reasonable steps to protect iEmoji.

Accounts and Payments

If you create an account or save preferences, you are responsible for keeping your login information safe and for activity under your account. Please tell us if you think your account has been used without permission.

If a paid feature is available, prices and payment details will be shown before payment. Payment processors and other service providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. If a billing problem comes up, contact us and we will try to help.

Third-Party Services and Links

iEmoji may link to or work with third-party services, such as analytics providers, advertising providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other websites. Those services are controlled by their own terms and policies.

Links and third-party features are provided for convenience or site functionality. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, outages, or policy changes.

Intellectual Property

iEmoji's site design, text, code, organization, logos, and original materials belong to iEmoji or its licensors. Emoji, Unicode characters, platform artwork, names, marks, and third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

You may use iEmoji for ordinary personal or business communication. Please do not copy large portions of the site, mirror it, resell it, remove notices, or suggest that iEmoji endorses something without permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices visitors have. It is part of these terms.

Availability and Disclaimers

iEmoji is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep it helpful, but we cannot promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or perfectly accurate on every device.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, iEmoji is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for issues caused by third-party services, network problems, device behavior, or content submitted by users.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date on this page. Your continued use of iEmoji after an update means the updated terms apply.

We will try to keep changes reasonable, clear, and connected to how the site actually works.

Legal Basics

These terms are interpreted under applicable laws of the United States and the laws that apply to iEmoji's operation, except where local consumer protections give you rights that cannot be waived.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply. If we do not enforce a term right away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.

Contact

Questions, billing concerns, copyright concerns, and support requests are welcome. Email [email protected].

If you believe something on iEmoji infringes your rights, please include enough detail for us to find the material, understand the concern, and contact you.
