If shown in Apple/iOS-style concept art, Sideways White Right Pointing Index would likely have appeared as a clean hand facing sideways with the index finger extended to the right and the other fingers curled, either in a white glove-like style or as a flat outline symbol echoing the word “white” in Unicode naming. Because there was no official Apple emoji design for this exact candidate, any color version would be conceptual rather than historical; an Apple-like mockup might have used smooth shading, rounded fingers, and the familiar emoji hand proportions, while a Unicode-symbol version would look more like a black-and-white dingbat.
