Because it was not officially designed as an Apple or Unicode emoji, there is no canonical iOS color version. In proposal imagery or concept art, it would likely have appeared as a small green leaf angled up and to the right, with a pointed tip, short stem, and possibly a central vein, using the glossy or softly shaded style common to early emoji mockups. In plain Unicode-symbol form, it would more likely render as a monochrome ornamental leaf glyph rather than a colorful emoji with facial expression or animation.

This emoji was one of the "suggested emojis" the Unicode group unveiled in June 2014 [article], however, it has been, and still is, up to the companies who support emoji in their operating systems to provide not only images but also an algorithm to replace the emoji code into the emoji image.
