Tag Latin Small Letter I is a Plane 14 tag character (U+E0069) used as part of emoji tag sequences rather than as a standalone symbol. It is default-ignorable and normally renders invisibly, so you will not see it by itself in typical text or emoji keyboards. In emoji systems, tag letters like this one are appended to the Black Flag character (U+1F3F4), followed by a sequence of other tag letters and closed with the Cancel Tag character (U+E007F) to build special flag-like emoji. Only a small set of such sequences are widely recognized, and unsupported combinations are usually ignored or displayed as the base black flag alone.
