No widely recognized Apple or Unicode release version is known to have included a separate Empty Note Pad emoji. In concept art or mockup form, it would likely have resembled a small white or pale yellow paper pad, possibly with a gray top binding, faint ruled lines, squared corners, and no writing or pencil attached. On an Apple/iOS-style design, it might have been rendered with soft shading, a slightly angled perspective, and a clean minimal look similar to other stationery emojis. Because it was not officially standardized as its own emoji, such visual descriptions should be understood as likely or conceptual rather than an Apple-designed character.

Emoji History The emoji code/ image log of changes.
This emoji was one of the "suggested emojis" the Unicode group unveiled in June 2014 [article], however, it has been, and still is, up to the companies who support emoji in their operating systems to provide not only images but also an algorithm to replace the emoji code into the emoji image.
