Clockwise Right and Left Semicircle Arrows refers to a proposed or discussed symbol concept from the broader Unicode and emoji-candidate era, especially the period when many pictographic signs from legacy symbol fonts and technical sets were reviewed for possible emoji-style use. The character concept is associated with rotation, synchronization, refresh, exchange, reversal, looping, or switching between two states.
