Turned North East Pointing Leaf refers to a proposed or discussed symbol-style emoji concept rather than an officially approved Unicode emoji. It appears to fit the class of decorative directional symbols that were considered in broader Unicode and emoji-related discussions, especially when legacy dingbat, Webdings-style, and symbol-font characters were being reviewed for possible encoding or emoji presentation. The idea would likely have been a leaf-shaped pointer rotated toward the upper right, combining the function of an arrow with the organic look of a botanical icon. It never became a standard RGI emoji, and no official Apple/iOS emoji version is known.

Emoji History The emoji code/ image log of changes.
This emoji was one of the "suggested emojis" the Unicode group unveiled in June 2014 [article], however, it has been, and still is, up to the companies who support emoji in their operating systems to provide not only images but also an algorithm to replace the emoji code into the emoji image.
