Tag Latin Small Letter D is a non-visual format character in the Unicode Tags block (U+E0064) used to build emoji tag sequences. It is not the same as the normal ASCII letter ādā; instead, it is a special tag code point designed to be combined with other tag characters after the Black Flag emoji (U+1F3F4) and terminated by CANCEL TAG (U+E007F). By itself, it normally does not display at all and is treated as a default-ignorable character; on many systems it is completely invisible, and in rare fallback scenarios it may render as a missing-glyph box. Its primary role is structural: it helps encode a tag string that may map to a special emoji rendering if the entire sequence is recognized.
