Three Rays Right refers to a symbol concept associated with early Unicode pictographic and emoji-candidate discussions, particularly the period when many dingbat, Webdings, and Wingdings-style symbols were evaluated for emoji-like use. The character is best understood as three short rays or emphasis marks extending toward the right, suggesting light, attention, motion, sound, or a burst of energy. While it exists as a Unicode-style symbolic idea, it did not become a widely supported, officially recommended emoji in the way that standard emoji such as ✨ Sparkles or 💥 Collision did.

Emoji History The emoji code/ image log of changes.
This emoji was one of the "suggested emojis" the Unicode group unveiled in June 2014 [article], however, it has been, and still is, up to the companies who support emoji in their operating systems to provide not only images but also an algorithm to replace the emoji code into the emoji image.
