Two Speech Bubbles was a proposed or discussed emoji-style symbol representing conversation, messaging, dialogue, or comments, but it did not become a separately approved standard emoji. The idea fits the mid-2010s Unicode and emoji-expansion era, when many communication, social-media, and interface-like symbols were suggested for wider compatibility across phones and platforms. It should not be confused with officially supported related emojis such as Speech Balloon, Left Speech Bubble, or Thought Balloon, which cover similar meanings but use different single-bubble designs.

This emoji was one of the "suggested emojis" the Unicode group unveiled in June 2014 [article], however, it has been, and still is, up to the companies who support emoji in their operating systems to provide not only images but also an algorithm to replace the emoji code into the emoji image.
